Flower Essences 101: How to Buy & Properly Store Flower Essences

How should I buy and store my flower essences? Flower Essences 101

Today is our final Flower Essences 101 session, and we’re talking about where to buy and how to store flower essences.

If you’re looking for Bach flower essences, you can often buy them at your local health food store.

Many other flower essence systems (including ones I use in my flower essence practice) are only available online. If you’re in Canada, you’ll likely pay import duties and they can be expensive, especially with the extra currency loss.

And of course, you can buy your flower essences from me. I maintain a flower essence apothecary of 600+ essences. You can check out some single flower essences and blends in my Shop.

I also offer personal flower essence sessions and pet flower essence sessions to help you find the best essence blend to help with any inner or soul growth challenges you’re facing.

Now, how to store flower essences?

Here are a few tips to maintain the longevity of your flower essences.

  • Store flower essences in a cool, dark, and dry place.
  • Keep them out of direct sunlight.
  • Store them far away from essential oils and products with strong aromas.
  • Store them upright to preserve the integrity of the stopper long term.

If using a flower essence with a dropper, make sure not to touch it with your hands or mouth. If you do, rinse the dropper under running water before returning it to the bottle.
