How long do I need to use flower essences? I get asked this question all the time.
And… that depends. It depends on a lot of factors, to be honest.
Sometimes I take a single essence like Mullein for just a day or two, for extra support. Other times, I take a blend like Pink Pond Lily, Zephyr Lily, and Bisbee Beehive Cactus for two months, and maybe even more than 4 times a day.
It depends on your goals and what you’re experiencing.
For chronic issues, a typical course of flower essences is a minimum of 14 to 21 days. However, many people experience benefits sooner than that.
Others may need to use a carefully selected flower essence for longer, up to three or six months.
A word of advice is that if you forget to take your flower essence for three or more days in a row, it may be time to re-assess.
A few questions to consider:
• Do you expect you will see further benefits if you keep using it?
• Is it time to switch to a different essence?
• Do you need to take a break and resume it later (when you have more time to devote to the process, etc.)?
If you need 1:1 support for yourself or a loved one, I’m happy to help with a Personal Flower Essence Consultation.
