A few days ago, I mentioned some standard guidelines for using flower essences orally, which is the traditional and common way to use them.
However, I often prefer to use flower essences externally.
βπ΅πΊ Surprise!βπΊπ΅
I donβt think enough people or practitioners are doing this and I find this works SO well.
Sue Lilly talks about this in her book, The Essence Practitioner.
She offers a suggestion to BREATHE IN the essence. Put a few drops in the palm of your hand, rub them together, and then take a deep breath.
She writes that this is probably the fastest way to introduce an essence into your energetic field.
And Iβve experienced very quick results with my own subjective testing!
This extends your essences even further because you need little to get results.
Here are a few more ways to use flower essences topically:
π΅ apply flower essences to your pulse points
π add flower essences to a favourite lotion or cream
π» add flower essences to your next bath
